The location of the hotel in the heart of the old town is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping opportunities nearby, making it a great place to explore. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the breakfast buffet with sparkling wine is elegant and offers a variety of options. The room was spacious with a great view of the squares and had ample storage space. The bed was comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of town. The location was superb, right in front of the Martin-Luther-Statue and Frauenkirche, and within walking distance to all major attractions in the city center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and competent. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and extensive breakfast spread. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking options and easy access to transportation, making it a perfect base for exploring this city.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just steps away from all the top attractions. It's right on the main square and directly across from the famous Frauenkirche. You can easily walk to the Martin-Luther-Statue and all the other must-see sights in just a few minutes. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities like a kettle to boil water. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom lacks proper safety grab bars to get in and out of the tub, which can be quite difficult and unsafe for some guests.

Great hotel in a perfect location! the service was excellent and the rooms were clean and modern. the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and the location couldn't be beat. All the important sights were right on our doorstep, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, parking was convenient and there were plenty of transportation options nearby.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable, so if you need to get online, be prepared to pay for an upgrade.

There were a few misunderstandings with the reservation and the restaurant being closed on Wednesdays, causing slight inconvenience.

The only minor issue was the lack of coffee/tea in the lobby area, but it was a small inconvenience compared to the overall experience. the hotel staff made every effort to ensure our needs were met and we left feeling rested and rejuvenated.
